      • Smart Consulting Point practices exclusively the standard page of 2000 characters with spaces.  Minimum unit pricing is 2,000 characters with spaces. Our prices are competitive and set in order to enable any client the access to translation services.
      • Smart Consulting Point Translation Office does not practice emergency rates for certified translations made ​​from the basic language. The motivation for this decision is that we have to match our customers’ pace and needs, as well as technological advantages that we benefit from in the century of speed.
      • Certified or legalized translations prices dependent on:  the language from / to translate, the difficulty of translation, the volume of materials to be translated.
      • For already translated works, at the disposal of our clients, we provide collation services by a sworn translator, who may authorize the document, after checking and possibly changing the text in purpose of consistency between the source and the target document. For such services, the price is 50% lower than the fare used to translate a page of 2000 characters with spaces.  However, if the certified translator finds many mistakes in the translated document that you already have, we will refuse the collation service and we will recommend another translation of the document exclusively by our authorized translator.
      • Customers can hand over the documents to be translated directly to our office in Suceava, Aleea Trandafirilor, No. 10, Bl. 10, Sc. A, Ap. 1, where we will conclude a Services Agreement between the parties.  However, your presence at our office is not mandatory. The Services Agreement concluded between you and our Office can be sent by email / fax and can be signed and stamped by both sides. Documents can be sent by email to the address smartconsultingpoint@yahoo.ro or by fax at the number +40 330 816 918. You will be contacted immediately in order to be communicated a cost estimation and a delivery date. Payment can be made by means of a money order. In order to begin the translation process, you need to send us the proof of payment. At the established delivery term, the translation will be immediately sent to you by email / fax or by courier, if you need certified translation or legalized in original.
      • The deadline is commonly agreed, and the average duration needed for a translation is 24 hours. However, if you require an urgent translation, we shall apply a surcharge of 50% over the usual price.  We shall also apply a price surcharge for documents with high degree of difficulty.

      • Smart Consulting Point practica exclusiv pagina standard de 2000 de caractere cu spatii. Unitatea minima de tarifare o reprezinta 2000 de caractere cu spatii. Tarifele noastre sunt competitive si stabilite in asa fel incat sa permita oricarui client accesul la serviciile de traduceri.
      • Biroul de Traduceri Smart Consulting Point nu practica taxe de urgenta pentru traduceri autorizate efectuate la limbile de baza. Motivatia pentru aceasta decizie o reprezinta faptul ca trebuie sa ne adaptam ritmului clientilor si nevoilor acestora, precum si avantajelor tehnologice de care beneficiem in secolul vitezei.
      • Preturile traducerilor autorizate sau legalizate depind de: limba din/in care se traducedificultatea traducerii, respectiv volumul materialelor de tradus.
      • Pentru lucrarile deja traduse, pe care le au la dispozitie clientii nostri, asiguram servicii de colationare de catre un traducator autorizat, care, in urma verificarii si, eventual, modificarii textului in sensul concordantei dintre documentul sursa si cel tinta, va putea autoriza respectivul document. Pentru astfel de servicii, preţul este mai mic cu 50% decat tariful obisnuit pentru traducerea unei pagini de 2000 caractere cu spatii. Totusi, in cazul in care se constata de catre traducatorul autorizat ca documentul pe care dvs. il aveti deja tradus contine prea multe greseli, se va refuza serviciul de colationare si se va recomanda traducerea documentului exclusiv de catre traducatorul nostru autorizat.
      • Clientii pot preda documentele care urmeaza a fi traduse direct la sediul nostru din Suceava, Aleea Trandafirilor, Nr. 10, Bloc 10, Sc. A, Ap. 1, unde se va incheia un contract de prestari servicii intre parti. Totusi, prezenta dumneavoastra la biroul nostru nu este obligatorie. Contractul de prestari servicii incheiat intre biroul nostru si dumneavoastra poate fi trimis si pe email/ fax semnat si stampilat de ambele parti. Documentele pot fi trimise pe email la adresa smartconsultingpoint@yahoo.ro sau prin fax la numarul +40 330 816 918. Veti fi imediat contactati pentru a va comunica o estimare de pret, precum si termenul de predare. Plata se poate face prin ordin de plata. Pentru a demara procesul de traducere, trebuie sa ne transmiteti dovada platii. La termenul de predare stabilit, traducerea va fi imediat transmisa prin email / fax sau chiar prin curierat, daca aveti nevoie de traducerea autorizata sau legalizata in original.
      • Termenul de predare este stabilit de comun acord, iar durata medie necesara traducerii este de 24 de ore. Totusi, in cazul in care se necesita o traducere in regim de urgenta, se va aplica o majorare de 50% fata de pretul obisnuit. Se aplica, de asemenea, o majorare de pret pentru documentele cu grad de dificultate sporit.
      • Pentru o evaluare cat mai exacta, va rugam sa completati tabelul din ESTIMAREA RAPIDA DE PRET. Echipa noastra va va raspunde cat de curand posibil.
